SUBSTANCE: device divides time interval specified by time master unit into number of positions of register with the aid of divider, coincidence circuit of device compares obtained code of time interval with code of summary duration of pulses generated by pulse generator and counted by counter. On termination of each cycle of comparison of pulses coming from pulse former counter is reset and positions of register are filled in succession with logic level with simultaneous illumination of optical cells of indictor, each cell being connected to own position of register. Complete filling of register but with different speed depending on interval duration takes place in any specified time interval of operation of object.
