PURPOSE: A vacuum packing machine mounted with an embossing device is provided to vacuum-pack at a low cost by directly embossing a vacuum packing paper without expensive embossed vacuum-packing papers. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum packing machine mounted with an embossing device(140) is composed of a vacuum device for making a vacuum packing paper(150,151) vacuum; a sealing device(130,131) for sealing an opened part of the vacuum packing paper; the embossing device for embossing the vacuum packing paper; an upper case(101); a lower case(110); a vacuum chamber(120) formed by contacting the upper and lower cases; an air suction port installed to the upper and lower cases, connected with the vacuum device, and inserted into the opened part of the vacuum packing paper; and a preheating device for preheating the vacuum packing paper to emboss the vacuum packing paper. The opened part of one end of the vacuum packing paper is exposed in the vacuum chamber and the other end is positioned out of the vacuum chamber. The embossing device has at least one embossing roller.
