METHOD FOR MULTIPLEXING AND SIMULTANEOUSLY PROVIDING MULTIPLE SERVICES TO SAME RADIO CHANNEL BY USING MOBILE TERMINAL OR DEVICE PERFORMING MOBILE TERMINAL FUNCTION

PURPOSE: A method for multiplexing and simultaneously providing multiple services to the same radio channel by using a mobile terminal or a device performing a mobile terminal function is provided to provide multiple services to a mobile terminal through an optimum radio channel connection. CONSTITUTION: A data processor processes packet data between mobile terminal or between a mobile terminal and a mobile communication system. When a file is transmitted during a voice communication, a multiplexing/demultiplexing unit(540) multiplexes data of a vocoder unit(530) and data of a CMS(Concurrent Multiple Service) processor(520) to one frame, and transmits it to a wireless modem unit(550). When a file is transmitted during a voice communication, multiple CMS processors(520) transfer data to the multiplexing/demultiplexing unit(540). When a file is received during a voice communication, the multiple CMS processors receive data separated from voice data from the multiplexing/demultiplexing unit(540) and process it. The vocoder unit(530) vocodes voice data to a variable rate. The wireless modem unit(550) sends one frame received from the multiplexing/demultiplexing unit(540) to a mobile communication network or transfers data received from the mobile communication network to the multiplexing/demultiplexing unit(540).
