FIELD: structural materials. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to prepregs based on reinforcing and epoxide binders and may be used as high- strength and heat-resistant structural material in transport machinery construction, electrical engineering, aerospace industry, as well as fabrication of slider bearings operated under especially heavy-duty conditions. Prepreg contains resin portion of binder, which is interaction product of tetraglycidyl derivative of 3,3'-dichloro-4,4'- diaminodiphenylmethane, benzoguanamine, and 4,4'-dihydroxydiphenylsulfone in combination with aromatic amine as hardener and, as reinforcing filler, various-interlacing coal cloth or glass cloth or nonwoven materials with parallel fiber arrangement. All components are taken in specified proportions. EFFECT: improved strength characteristics at 200-300 C and antifriction properties. 2 tbl
