Stem of one of working shaping portion is arranged in tool body with possibility of lengthwise and angular motion and with possibility of compensating linear and angular fluctuations. Spacing from common axis of tool until mean-diameter circle of thread of working portions and until mean-diameter circle of spring-loaded strengthening roller may be the same.
