FIELD: veterinary science. SUBSTANCE: lactoso-glycerol-yolk medium is supplied with 0.1-0.3% chitosan succinate to dilute whole bovine sperm with synthetic medium obtained. After that it should undergo equilibration and freezing in liquid nitrogen vapors. The method enables to decrease biological damage of membranous structures of spermatozoa during deep freezing and increase time of their viability after defrosting.
