PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which has a higher degree of freedom in outline design while having no reduction in a heat radiation effect. SOLUTION: In the electronic apparatus having electronic components inside, a first rear face plate 4 and a second rear face plate 5 are arranged side-by-side in different levels. The electronic apparatus is equipped with a heat sink 9 which comprises an inside arrangement portion 9a located inside the first rear face plate 4 at a distance from the first rear face plate 4, and an outside arrangement portion 9c located outside the second rear face plate 5.
