摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an EL element in which thickness as a whole is thin, and adhesion in adhering to other members is superior. SOLUTION: A transparent electrode layer 2, a light-emitting layer 3, an insulating layer 4, and the rear face electrode layer 5 are laminated on the upper face of a mold releasing substrate 1 applied of a mold-releasing treatment on the upper face of a paper or a PET film or the like, and are sequentially formed, finally the mold-releasing substrate 1 is peeled off, and the EL element is manufactured. An electrically insulating layer 7 may be formed between the upper face of the mold-releasing substrate 1 and a transparent electrode layer 2. The electrically insulating layer 7 may be a printing forming layer. Furthermore, an adhesive layer 8, or the adhesive layer 8 and the electrically insulating layer 7 may be formed between the upper face of the mold-releasing substrate 1 and the transparent electrode layer 2.
