PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding method of a molded resin body which has a micro-pattern set up closely following a transfer pattern of a die on at least one surface of its front and back faces, and the molded body. SOLUTION: The molding method of molded body having the micro-pattern of a desired shape on at least one surface of its front and back faces by injection filling a molten resin molding material into a cavity section of the die, which uses at the time of molding the molded body, a stuff having special thermal characteristics or a stuff having a die member whose surface is a heat resistant resin phase provided with the pattern corresponding to the above mentioned pattern as a die, and the molded body obtained by the method.
