The result is outputted to a GI inserting unit 105 and a memory 106. The GI inserting unit 105 inserts a GI into an output signal of the IFFT unit 104. The memory 106 stores the output signal of the IFFT unit 104 temporarily, A selecting unit 107 selects an output signal of the GI inserting unit 105 at first, and selects the signal stored in the memory 106, and outputs them. A wireless transmitting unit 108 performs a predetermined wireless processing such as up-conversion for the output of the selecting unit 107, and transmits the result from an antenna 109.
