PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge a condenser for a chiller to some degree to provide the chiller with a free cleaning function, whereby equipment enabling free cleaning can be effectively utilized as a single machine. SOLUTION: A capacity of the condenser is increased, and both of a tube for cooling and condensing a refrigerant gas and a tube for cooling the cold water used in free cleaning are accommodated in the same fin tube heat exchanger. By using continuous fins, the fin not in use can be utilized to supplement a heat conductive area. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
