PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply a material for generating negative ions by adding and mixing 1-5 wt.% of tourmaline powder with 100 wt.% of a rubber elastic material or a plastic material to healthy accessories for pets. SOLUTION: The healthy accessories for the pets are obtained by adding and mixing 1-5 wt.% of the tourmaline powder with 100 wt.% of the rubber elastic material or the plastic material and forming the resultant mixture into a prescribed stripy shape.
