PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent skin cosmetic providing smooth skin touch feeling while keeping ultraviolet-shielding effects on the skin, and having excellent handleability. SOLUTION: The skin cosmetic is obtained by adding alcohol to a mixture comprising 2,4,6-tris[4-(2-ethylhexyloxycarbonyl)anilino]-1,3,5-triazine, a salicylic acid-based ultraviolet-absorbing compound and a cinnamic acid-based ultraviolet-absorbing compound, and stirring the resultant mixture.
