Automatic computer processing method to process studies from medical tomography imaging examination systems allocates a priority code to each study

By relying on a priority code, a study is processed immediately on a first computer (1) assigned to a related imaging examination system (11) or is temporarily stored in a memory device (6) along with an identification key allocated to it in a list of processing tasks (BL). Studies are then processed at later points of time according to a preset sequence. Availability of further allocated computers (2-5) is then checked. An Independent claim is also included for a computer system for automatic processing of studies from medical tomography imaging examination systems.
