PURPOSE: Provided is a liquid bio-stone mixture, which supports each portion of a user's body in a uniform manner without pressing any portion, when it contacts with the body, and gives the effect of far infrared rays to the body in a uniform manner. CONSTITUTION: The liquid bio-stone mixture is prepared by the method comprising: a step(S10) for pulverizing bio-stone ore to 150-250 mesh; a step(S20) for removing foreign materials from the ore; a step(S30) for baking the ore at 1200-1300 deg.C for 11-15 hours; a step(S40) for mixing silver/yttrium mixture in a weight ratio of 5.5-6.5:3.5-4.5 with the baked bio-stone in a weight ratio of 15:85-95; a step(S50) for pulverizing the mixture to 1 micrometer or less; a step(S60) for removing foreign materials from the pulverized mixture; and a step(S70) for mixing the bio-stone mixture with water in a weight ratio of 7-8.5:1.5-3.
