PURPOSE: A method and system for a financial service using an integrated financial terminal is provided to enable a user to perform a financial business and a non-financial business service and purchase a prepayment card, a gift certificate card, and a telephone card promptly and enable the user to use a telephone within a charged amount of money by charging a predetermined amount of money in a telephone number connected to an integrated financial terminal. CONSTITUTION: A user receives wanted business processing request information, encodes the information, and transmits the information to a relay server(S101). The relay server analyzes the business processing request information(S102). Information related to a bank related business out of the analyzed information is transmitted to a corresponding bank server(S103). The bank server analyzes the received information and processes a corresponding requested business(S104). The bank server encodes a processing result of the requested business and transmits the result to the relay server(S105). In the case that an additional request business exists, information as to the additional request business is transmitted to a company server(S106). The company server processes the requested business and updates an information base as to business contents(S107). The company server encodes a business processing result and transmits the result to the relay server(S108). The bank business processing result information is combined with the company business processing result information(S109). Result information is received from the relay server and outputs the result to an output device(S110).
