<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap structure for a paper pack spout opening, which eliminates the need to use plastic that requires separated diposal, is easy to produce in process, can be mass-produced in a short time, and meets the separated disposal prescription of an environmental specification, therefore, making it possible to make a cap disposable. <P>SOLUTION: To overcome the problem, the need to use plastic is eliminated. Instead of plastic, paper or combustible material is used. The spout opening is formed from a paper pipe. A cap comprises a paper pipe and disks having the outer and inner diameter sizes of the paper pipe which are stuck to an end of the paper pipe, thereby forming a top closure. The cap is rendered waterproof and fitted on the spout opening. Paper is a weak material. However, strength is greatly imparted to the paper when formed into a pipe or cylinder.
