<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sealing properties to a bottle can without developing a crack on a shoulder part when a cap is put on an opening of the bottle can. <P>SOLUTION: When the shoulder part 45 is formed on the cap 40, a specified angle θ is formed between a line X in parallel to an axial line of the bottle can 30 and the cap 40 and a tangent line Y connecting the protruded part 45a of the shoulder part 45 with the recessed part 45b thereof. This angle θ is such an angle that can enlarge a contact area between the peripheral edge part of a liner 44 in the cap 40 and a curl part 34 of the opening 31 and can increase a contact face pressure between both parts, and is selected, for example, in a range of 30-60°. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
