<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve not only single use but also combined use with an existing bedding by adjusting the resilience of a product to match users from sound persons to patients requiring preventive cares and treatments of bed sores. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of split pieces 2a to 2e employing soft materials are housed integrally into a bag-like surface fabric 3. The split pieces 2a to 2e are made of the soft materials with different degrees of resilience to be selectively housed into the surface fabric 3 so that the degrees of resilience thereof are made adjustable totally as a cushion or locally among main parts. The cushion 1 thus arranged can be built up of split pieces multiply divided in three or six or more, not confined to the five split pieces 2a to 2e.
