PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection method of a combustion flame detecting circuit whereby an inspection device can be miniaturized without being influenced by a level or unevenness of an AC signal, a margin is not required between an upper limit and a lower limit at the time of fastening measurement, and the inspection work can be simplified. SOLUTION: In this inspection method of the combustion flame detecting circuit, a series circuit constituted by a diode 11 and a constant current load 12 for applying a predetermined current is connected to a flame rod connecting terminal 3 as a dummy load 13 substituting for a combustion flame 1 and a frame rod 2 so that output of the combustion flame detecting circuit can be evaluated. The constant current load 12 is provided with a current value changing means 14 (17). The output of the combustion flame detecting circuit is evaluated while varying a current value of the current applied to the constant current load 12 by the current value changing means 14 (17).
