PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating device suitable for miniaturization and of improved heat insulating effect, and a image forming device provided with the same. SOLUTION: The heat insulating device 30 prevents a part 21 of which temperature rise needs to be inhibited from heating by heat of a heat generating part 25 and is located between the heat generating part 25 and the part 21 of which temperature rise needs to be inhibited.
