PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerant cooling circuit capable of stably performing a refrigeration cycle by preventing plugging of refrigerator oil into a throttle section, and a vending machine using it. SOLUTION: The refrigerant cooling circuit has a compressor 2 for compressing a refrigerant, a heat radiator 4 for radiating heat of the refrigerant supplied from the compressor 2, the throttle section for adjusting flow rate of the refrigerant supplied from the heat radiator 4, and an evaporator 8 for evaporating the refrigerant supplied from the throttle section and returning it to the compressor 2. The refrigerant cooling circuit also has a throttle section control means 18 for increasing the refrigerant flow rate in the throttle section for a predetermined time period from start of an operation of the refrigerant cooling circuit.
