PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply mount even a bent portion of a pipe, and accurately detect temperature with a reduced influence of fine vibration and the like in a sensor mounting tool and the sensor. SOLUTION: The sensor mounting tool 10 for mounting a temperature sensor S on a bent portion C of a pipe P comprises a main flat plate section 11, a sensor holding section 12 provided at a central portion of the main flat plate section for holding the temperature sensor, and pipe holding sections 13 provided at least at three positions on a peripheral edge of the main flat plate section. The pipe holding sections are band-shaped ones each with a arcuate cross section provided vertically standing from the main flat plate section. The one thereof is disposed at a position where a central portion of the bent portion can be fitted thereto, and the two thereof are disposed at positions where opposite sides of the bent portion can be fitted thereto.
