PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such a refrigerator as waste heat from the refrigerating cycle can be utilized for floor heating. SOLUTION: The refrigerator (1) comprises a compressor (16) for compressing refrigerant, a condenser (17) and a pressure reducing unit (22) for liquefying the compressed high temperature/high pressure gaseous refrigerant by air cooling it by means of a fan (18), a refrigerating cycle connecting an evaporator (23) for cooling the compartment by evaporating refrigerant sequentially and circularly by means of refrigerant piping (21) and returning back to the compressor, a heat exchanger (26) disposed on the high pressure side of the refrigerating cycle and exchanging heat between the refrigerant and secondary refrigerant, a floor heating panel (31), and a pump (37) for circulating the secondary refrigerant from the heat exchanger through the floor heating panel back to the heat exchanger.
