PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature regulation warehouse capable of efficiently controlling the temperature in response to required volume in the warehouse. SOLUTION: In a refrigerator car 1, the temperature regulation warehouse 2 for controlling temperature at a predetermined temperature in the warehouse 6 is mounted on a deck 3. Flow channels 7a, 7b, 7c and 7d through which cold air or hot air flows are formed inside the warehouse 6, and a plurality of blow-out ports 11 for spraying the cold air or hot air into the warehouse 6 are formed in a ceiling 8. Suction ports 15 for sucking into the flow channel 7b of a bottom 9 the cold air or hot air sprayed into the warehouse 6 are formed in the bottom 9. The blow-out port 11 and the suction port 15 lying in a position for partitioning a space having a load 20 and a space having no load 20 are opened in response to the mount of the load 20 stored in the warehouse 6, an air curtain is produced by the cold air or hot air sprayed into the warehouse 6, and the inside of the warehouse 6 is partitioned by the air curtain to control the temperature only in the space having the load 20.
