PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve its performance by fixing a valve spindle to a discoid valve disk and penetrating both ends of the valve spindle protruding from the valve disk through the tube wall of the cylindrical valve case and preventing the leakage of liquid flowing in the valve disk to outside in the butterfly valve with the turnable valve disk in the valve case and then making the triple eccentric butterfly valve manufacture easily so as to turn the valve disk smoothly for closing and opening of a valve seat face by the valve disk certainly. SOLUTION: Every two pieces of cylindrical part 13 with the valve spindle 2 protruding up and down of the valve case 3 is manufactured separately from the valve case, which are fixed to the valve case afterwards. A ball bearing 14, a spring 15, a spring receiver 151, a gland packing 16, a lantern ring 17 and a gland packing 18 are filled up in order from inside of the cylindrical part and then a gland 19 is fixed for outside which makes the ball bearing contact to the valve disk pressing by the spring.
