PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a display body, such as a ruled line, of a magnetic substance reverse display panel from being scraped off by a magnetic pen etc., and a writing line from being broken off even when it overlaps with the display body. SOLUTION: A writing surface is formed from a first writing surface composed of the first liquid housing chamber housing the first dispersion containing the first dispersed magnetic substance in which an S pole side surface part is colored in the first color, and an N pole side surface part is colored in the second color and the second writing surface, forming the display body, composed of the second liquid housing chamber housing the second dispersion containing the second dispersed magnetic substance in which an S pole side surface part is colored in the second color or the third color, and an N pole side surface part is colored in the first color or fourth color.
