PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comparatively low priced composite film which is excellent in a fitting property to the body and free from occurrence of toxic gas in incineration treatment after used, and to provide absorptive articles such as disposable diapers using that, menstruation articles and the like. SOLUTION: The composite film comprises 0-25 wt% of olefin copolymer (A) being a copolymer of ethylene and 3-10Cα-olefin, and 100-75 wt% of a thermoplastic elastomer component (B) being at least one kind selected from a crystalline olefin-ethylene butylene-crystalline olefin block copolymer, 1-butene-α-olefin copolymer, and elastmeric polypropylene. A composite film by laminating an elastic nonwoven fabric at least on one side of an elastic film wherein permanent elongation measured according to JIS K 6301 is≤50% and the absorptive article using the composite film are provided.
