PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixer having a compact construction, surely exhausting a charged material, easily changing a mixed product, and then usable even in a food industry. SOLUTION: The mixer (1) comprises a vessel (3, 4) for receiving materials to be mixed, a cylindrical tank (4) constituting a part of the vessel (3, 4) and extending its longitudinal axis horizontally, and a means rotating around a mixing shaft (6) for mixing the received materials within the tank (4).
