PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic treatment apparatus which has a structure allowing magnetic force to act on a liquid effectively when the activation or the like of the liquid is performed by magnetic force, without requiring a large number of magnets and being made large-sized. SOLUTION: The magnetic treatment apparatus has a magnetic treatment part 3 for allowing the magnetic force of a permanent magnet to act on the liquid and a pipeline part 2 arranged in the magnetic treatment part 3 so as to reciprocally moving the liquid through the magnetic region of the magnetic treatment part 3.
