PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray photographing apparatus in which power saving of a two-dimensional X-ray sensor is achieved by considering the drive range and the readout area of a photoelectric transducer. SOLUTION: The two-dimensional X-ray sensor is composed of the photoelectric transducer. The photoelectric transducer comprises a light detecting means 80 for converting light to an electronic signal, an amplifying means 88 for amplifying the electronic signal outputted from the light detecting means 80, and a drive means 98 for controlling a power source of the amplifying means 88.
