PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaper which minimizes spillage in the crotch even when sagged. SOLUTION: Liquid impermeable solid guards 15A and 15B extending in the direction almost parallel with the length of an absorbent 10 are arranged respectively on both side end rim parts across the width of the crotch in the absorbent used for the diaper 30 having a pair of left and right leg parts 6A and 6B, and crotch part elastic members 17a and 17b are so arranged as to let both the side rim parts shrink being extended in the direction almost parallel with the length of the absorbor. Also in the relative positional relationship therebetween, when the solid guards are levelled onto the absorbor, the free ends of the solid guards should be positioned inward across the width of the crotch from the outermost crotch part elastic member out of the crotch part elastic members existing on the same sides with the solid guards.
