PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the corrosion of a bearing of a rotary grip part of a dumbbell to be used for a muscle training caused by sweat and to reduce damage caused by a shock when dropped from the hand. SOLUTION: A fringed nylon collar is used as a substitute for a metal bearing so as to dispense with lubricating liquid, simplify the structure, and provide shock resistance when dropped from the hand.
