PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assisting device which is used by a physically challenging person for going in and out of a bathtub or getting on and off a wheelchair when the person moves from a bed to the wheelchair and goes in and out of the bathtub by means of a nursing care device and reduces the nursing care labor spent by a nursing care personnel between the bed and wheelchair when the physically challenging person soaks in the buthtub, moves to the bed from the bathtub, and gets on and off the wheelchair. SOLUTION: When a wire 6 connected with weights 7 is connected to a support device by providing left and right rails 3 on supports 2 installed to the bed or erected in a room in which the bed 1 is provided and the weights 7 on the left and right sides of a pulley case 4 journaling rollers 5 which roll over the rails 3, the physically challenging person can be supported with less labor. The support device is constituted so that the device can be connected to and disconnected from the wire 6 by means of a hook connected to the wire 6 and is a nursing care device for bathing the physically challenging person.
