PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exhibit a lumber support function with a desired forward upward angle and magnitude of force according to the backward tilting angle of a seated person. SOLUTION: In a back frame 10 to which the outer peripheral part of a sheet-like member 11 is fixed, the back side of the sheet-like member 11 is provided with the lumber support part 13 integrated with the back frame 10 extending upward from the lower part of the back frame 10, the upper end of which has a free end.
