发明名称 SURFACE TREATMENT METHOD OF DRUM-IN BRAKE DISK ROTOR
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid exertion of an influence to braking performance by forming the films of a drum section as extremely thin films while simultaneously forming phosphate films by electrolytic treatment to a disk section and the drum section. SOLUTION: A rotor 1 integrated with the disk section 5 and the drum section 6 for a parking brake is used as an object for treatment and electrodes 11 and 12 functioning as another electrode when the rotor 1 side is made into one electrode of cathode and anode electrodes are arranged to face each other in a phosphate film forming liquid M. A masking member 16 is arranged between an opening end face 6c of the drum section 6 and the electrode 11. After the distance W 1 between both is set at 5 to 20 mm, both are energized and the phosphate films by the electrolytic treatment are formed on respective sliding surfaces 2a, 3a and 6a. Since the masking 16 exists on the sliding surface 6a of the drum section 6, the films are formed relatively thinner. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
