PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a galvanized steel sheet which has excellent press formability, chemical conversion treatability and adhesive suitability. SOLUTION: A composite film comprising, as film ingredients, a coupling agent such as a silane coupling agent, one or more kinds of metallic elements selected from among Mg, Al, Ca, Ti, Fe, Co, Cu, Mo, Ni, Mn and NH<SB>4</SB>or/and an Ni component and a P component, and in which the ratio of the total molar quantity (α) of the metallic elements or/and an N component to the molar quantity (β) of the P component, is 0.2 to 6.0, and the mass ratio of the content (γ) of the coupling agent to the content (δ) of the P component, is 0.002 to 2.0, and the film with the coating weight of 5 to 300 mg/m<SP>2</SP>expressed in terms of the P content, is formed on the surface of a galvanized layer.
