PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition (coating film composition) preparation protecting a zaltoprofen-containing oral solid tablet violently causing aging deterioration from the destructive environment and effective for suppressing discoloration with the lapse of time after film coating. SOLUTION: The discoloration with time can be suppressed while protecting the zaltoprofen-containing oral solid pharmaceutical preparation from hazardous environmental elements by coating thereof with a coating film containing hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose as a base without a plasticizer added thereto. Thereby, the appearance of the tablet is improved and an essential object such as easily swallowing of the tablet is maintained. When the addition of a plasticizer is required, triacetin is added.
