PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a basket with a lid for a two-wheeled vehicle, capable of preventing bag-snatching. SOLUTION: This basket 1 is fixed with the lid 2 having an appropriate swelling, a bag storage 4 is provided on the top of the lid 2 attached with a latch 3 so as to put a bag 5 in it.
