PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission structure having excellent speed change operability, durability and maintainability, and effectively utilized in a service vehicle. SOLUTION: A mission case 31 is arranged at the rear of a traveling vehicle body provided with a front wheel and a rear wheel. The mission case 31 is provided with a hydraulic continuously variable transmission 32 capable of changing gear in forward and reverse directions. The power from engine is transmitted to the pump input shaft 40 of this continuously variable transmission 32. The mission case 31 is provided with an auxiliary shifting mechanism 50 changing the shift power from the continuously variable transmission 32 in two or more steps, a differential-gear device 62 and an output shaft 63 for driving left and right rear wheels.
