PURPOSE: A lens barrel assembly is provided to fix the sub barrel to the lens barrel without generating the deviation after the focus between the sub barrel and the lens barrel is adjusted. CONSTITUTION: A lens barrel assembly includes a barrel holder, a mirror, a sub barrel(53), a lens barrel(54), a set ring(71) and a plurality of lenses. The barrel holder is provided with a first barrel pipe(51) and a second barrel pipe(52) arranged at a predetermined angle with respect to the first barrel pipe(51). The mirror is installed inside of the barrel holder. The sub barrel(53) is provided with a connection surface, a first screw surface formed on the peripheral surface of the connection surface and a second screw surface formed on the inside of the cylindrical body. The lens barrel(54) is provided with a screw surface formed on the external peripheral surface and a flange elongated in a radial direction of the cylindrical body. The set ring(71) is connected to the screw surface formed on the peripheral surface of the connection surface. And, the plurality of lenses is installed inside of the lens barrel(54).
