IMMUNOSTIMULATING COMPOSITION CONTAINING MANNOSE OLIGOSACCHARIDE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition having immunostimulating action and containing an oligosaccharide comprising a saccharide composed mainly of mannose as a main component and a food or a beverage and feed using the composition.

SOLUTION: In the composition having immunostimulating action, a content ratio of oligosaccharide in which 1-10 molecules of monosaccharide composed mainly of mannose are bonded or oligosaccharide mainly composed of the mannose in which 1-10 molecules of at least one kind of monosaccharide such as mannose and glucose and galactose are bonded is ≥60 wt.%. The food or the beverage or feed comprises the composition.
