PIPE CONNECTION FITTING

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of surely supporting each pipe when connecting pipes having different diameters each other in a pipe connection fitting integrally formed by pressing a metal plate.

SOLUTION: This pipe connection fitting 10 is integrally formed to connect large diameter pipe to small diameter pipe having each flange part. The fitting 10 has a pair of side pieces 12 arranged to be faced and a connecting piece 11 for connecting end part sides of the side pieces 12 each other. An arc-shaped supporting parts 15 for supporting the small diameter pipe is formed on each side piece 12 by being bent to be orthogonal to the side piece 12 and being arranged to face side wall 16 parts each other. A fitting hole part 13 capable of inserting each flange part in abutted and connected states of the large diameter pipe and the small diameter pipe is formed on each side piece 12. A curved part 17 in contact with the large diameter pipe is formed on a center part of the side piece 12. The connecting piece 11 is formed by a rectangular piece for connecting end parts of the side pieces 12 each other to be located on an arrangement surface of the arc-shaped supporting part 15.
