<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus with which a user can make communication substantially identical to a form of face-to-face communication. <P>SOLUTION: The communication apparatus is provided with a facing camera for imaging an operator, a document camera for imaging a document image of an object to be imaged, a facing display for displaying a facing video, and a document display disposed in parallel in the lower portion of the facing display to display the document video. A facing video of the upper half of an opposite operator's body which is imaged with the facing camera of the opposite side is displayed on the facing display, and a document video on which the opposite operator side imaged by the opposite side document camera is displayed on the side of the facing display is displayed on the document display. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
