PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a writing device, a management device, and a transmitter for purchase article information which enable a purchaser to acquire the same information quickly and to prevent the purchase articles information from being omitted when inputting.

SOLUTION: The device for writing purchase article information has a purchase article information acquisition means for allowing a specified purchaser to acquire the purchase article information related to articles to be purchased and a means for writing the purchase article information related to the specified purchaser in a recording medium which the same purchaser possesses.
