<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in a hot-water supply device of a heat pump bath for performing a hot-water supply operation using atmospheric heat, solar heat or bath heat as a heat source wherein, when inner volume of an atmospheric heat collecting circuit including an atmospheric heat exchanger is larger than that of the bath heat recovery circuit including a bath heat exchanger, refrigerant amount is extremely large in a heating operation of supplied hot water in the bath heat recovery circuit, hence high pressure of a heat pump cycle abnormally increases, and durability and operation efficiency of equipment decrease. <P>SOLUTION: The hot-water supply device of a heat pump bath is constituted so that part of a refrigerant filled into the device is stored in the atmospheric heat collecting circuit 10 by a refrigerant amount adjusting means 20, and the refrigerant amount can be adjusted in a heating operation of the hot water when performing a hot water heating operation by the bath heat recovery circuit 12.
