<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health-assisting food which enables the intake of essential trace elements and minerals in a good balance and can realize a healthy food life on the intake of fats. <P>SOLUTION: This health-assisting food containing ocean trace elements is characterized by receiving a food ingredient (emulsion) 1 obtained by compounding and dispersing/emulsifying ocean deep water, perilla oil and an emulsifier in a capsule 2. Preferably, the ocean deep water, the perilla oil and the emulsifier are contained in amounts of 5 to 30 pts. wt., 70 to 95 pts. wt. and 5 to 20 pts. wt., respectively. The ocean deep water is obtained by concentrating sea water gathered from an ocean deep layer to 1/25 to 1/45 of its original volume or 1/150 to 1/2500 of its original volume and then separating/removing most of salt contained in the sea water of raw material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
