<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of recycling optical disk capable of not only simply and securely carrying out the destruction of data for the optical disk but also reducing the recycling cost of optical disks in the press trader of the optical disks or the like, and a recycling system therefor. <P>SOLUTION: In the raw material supply trader I, the raw material of a synthetic resin substrate 1 is manufactured with a raw material manufacturing apparatus A for substrate. In the press trader II, after the synthetic resin substrate 1 is manufactured from the raw material with an optical disk manufacturing apparatus B, the optical disk d is manufactured by laminating the recording layer 2 and a reflecting layer 3 in turn, and further the prescribed information is recorded to the optical disk d by an information recording device C.
