<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electric apparatus managing technology for finely managing the electric energy and the time etc. used for each of individual electric apparatuses without requiring complicated processing. <P>SOLUTION: The following functions are provided: a function for transmitting a radio-chip number and a information receptacle number to a home server 300, when a household electric apparatus 500 or the like equipped with a radio-chip 510 having a unique radio-chip number on a plug 501 is inserted into an information receptacle 400; a function for recording an electric power counter and a time counter in the home server 300 based on the radio-chip number, when the electric energy has become unchanged because the plug 501 is removed from the information receptacle etc.; a function for requesting the replacement of a maintenance component etc. of the appropriate apparatus 500 from the home server 300, when a predetermined electric energy or usage time is achieved; and a function for disconnecting the power supply from the information receptacle 400, to which the apparatus 500 or the like capable of being disconnected without trouble is connected, by means of remote operation after externally logging into the home server 300 and verifying the circumstances. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
