PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide acquisition of information of a construction machine retrieved and extracted from a database of an administration office as it is in one's format to a user.

SOLUTION: The administration operation server 10 in a remote management system for a construction machine 3 has a function of replying to a request-to-send from each user terminal via a communication line 4, and a function of sending a request-to-send and its reply to each construction machine 3. Connection information in interlock of a program carrying out control of storing information received from each construction machine 3 in a database 11, control of carrying out retrieval and extraction to the database 11, and control of interlocking the retrieval and extraction control with a send-to-request when the administration operation server receives the send-to-request from each user terminal 20 is stored as one piece of reply information to the send-to-request from each user terminal 20.
